SIRE: AFC Dochenos Stray Tracer

Trace is a Wisconsin based dog that is 100% amateur trained and lives in the home.  In the winter, instead of going south to train, he hunts ducks and pheasants.  Trace is the type of dog we are striving to produce! Versatile retrievers that are competitive in hunt tests, field trials and be great hunting companions with an off switch to relax in the home.

Everest is a blast to train and hunt with, she aims to please. She achieved her JH title this past summer, and will be running higher level hunt tests next summer. She has hunted geese, ducks, and pheasants.  She loves to retrieve and when in the home, she loves to cuddle on the couch. Our 3 year old can hang all over her and Everest just takes it. She has Excellent hips and was tested through EMBARK for over 200 hereditary diseases and has a clean bill of health.

January 2025 litter

We are expecting black and yellow puppies around the 8th of January! They will be ready to go home at the beginning of March. All of the puppies will be microchipped, and come with a 26 month hip and elbow guarantee. They will be tested through EMBARK for over 200 hereditary diseases to ensure YOU know you are getting a healthy puppy. The puppies eyes will be checked at Iowa State University.  To reserve a puppy a $500 deposit is required. The puppies will be socialized with young children, and will be exposed to bird wings, crates, and have early neurological stimulation.
